This simple page demonstrates several simple HTML features. Standard HTML "tags" define each operation to be performed by the browser. Each tag is terminated by a corresponding tag of the same name, but preceded by a slash. Thus the text inside of the <H1> header tags is to be treated by the browser as a level 1 Header.
