GNU texinfo 4.0 for MPE/iX

GNU texinfo is a toolset for handling the GNU documentation file format. It includes the info browser that allows viewing hyperlinked info pages in a similar fashion as web browsers deal with hyperlinked web pages.

To build texinfo on MPE/iX, I have used the GNU gcc compiler package. For convenience reasons, I have compiled a few supplemental files with HP C/iX (c89) as calling MPE intrinsics is a little easier in HP C/iX than in GNU gcc. Those are also supplied as .o files, in case you don't have c89 on your system.
